PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
All manuscripts will be peer-reviewed by at least two competent
reviewers (including one international reviewer from academically
advanced countries).
Papers (research paper, short communication, review
paper and book review in American English) are accepted for publication
on the understanding that they are original and are not being simultaneously
submitted for publication elsewhere, till the decision of the editorial
board, which will be communicated to the corresponding author. Manuscript
should be sent in triplicate along with soft copy of the manuscript
through e-mail or on a CD to the Managing Editor, on the contact
information given below.
MANUSCRIPT
Manuscript should be typed clearly in ‘Times New Roman’
with 12 font size, paginated and double spaced on A4 paper (8.27"
x 11.69") with one inch margin on each side. Research paper
should preferably be 7 to 15 pages, while papers less than 7 pages
may be considered as short communication.
First page of the manuscript should contain the
title of the paper, full name(s) and designation/ position of the
author(s) along with the institutional affiliation (abbreviations
are not acceptable), and the name of corresponding author with the
postal and email addresses and phone number(s). The research paper
must contain "ABSTRACT", "KEYWORDS",
"INTRODUCTION", "MATERIALS AND METHODS or METHODOLOGY
or MODEL" (as suitable for the paper) "RESULTS
AND DISCUSSION", "CONCLUSION”
and "REFERENCES". “ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS”
if any, may be given before references.
Tables and figures should be on separate pages,
and the legends and titles must be sufficiently descriptive and
understandable without reference to the text. Figures including
diagrams and photographs must be in black and white. Colored figures
can only be included if the author or any sponsor pays the cost
incurred. Important formulae should be displayed by numbering consecutively
throughout the manuscript as (1), (2), and so on.
The text citations can be like (a) with date in
parentheses, e.g. “as demonstrated by Duraisamy (1992) “;
or (b) with names and dates in parentheses, e.g. “according
to recent findings Duraisamy (1992) “; (c) “Wright and
Rajper (2000) “; (d) “as described previously (Wright
and Rajper, 2000) “ ; (e) “ Ansari et al. (2006) “or
(f) “as described previously (Ansari et al., 2006) “.
If a citation has more than two authors, the first author should
be written as followed by et al. where review of more than one authors
are cited in the text that should be placed in chronological order,
e.g. (Sato, 1961, Khoso, 1992). If more than one reference by the
same author (s) published in the same year are cited, they should
be distinguished from each other by placing a, b, etc. after the
year.
