It is indeed a prestige to see that Sindh Agriculture University has launched its Website. In this age of globalization, it is the need of the hour to share information about the contemporary institutes involved in education, research and dissemination of information including the academic programs, research endeavors, outreach activities, advisory services, job avenues, consultancies, competence and many other potentials. I hope the facility shall help and encourage to all those who may be interested in the Agri-sectorial information academically and otherwise.

The university intends to share all the information through this website and would like to update all the activities displayed on it on regular basis from time to time. It also intends to keep the parents of the students well informed of the progress of the academic and other curricular and co-curricular activities of their sons / daughters in future at this campus through this website.

 

The information about all the academic, research, consultancy, outreach programs, advisory services, infrastructure facilities of the university, job avenues, market fluctuations, climatic changes, WTO challenges, standards, quality control of agriculture produce etc. and other important information will be regularly shared with the users. Local and international scenario of various commodities, products and services shall also be given due space for the guidance of the farmers including forecasting for agriculture. The website will also help the students desiring to join this university by providing all the related information pertaining to the degree programs and their duration, infrastructure facilities on campus including student counseling and placement facilitation and financial support (if any). Students through this website may also help themselves in career planning through various programs on the campus.

All our efforts are going to be focused to share maximum information with the users. The website shall be regularly updated and all the university activities including conferences, workshops, examinations, sports activities and vacations etc. will be displayed well in time. The viewers are requested to critically review the website and extend their valuable suggestions for its improvement.
