Degree Program Eligibility Duration M.Sc (Hons.) B.Sc. (Agri.)
Honors or equivalent qualification with overall marks not
less than 50% in various subjects of Agriculture shall be
eligible for admission to M.Sc. (Honors) in the subject of
specialization for the Faculties: CPD, CPT and FASS. Minimum
02 years (04 terms) Maximum 03 years (six terms) M.E. B.E (Agri.),
B.E (Civil), B.E (Mech.) or equivalent qualification with
overall marks not less than 50% shall be eligible for admission
to M.E in the subject of specialization for Faculty of Agricultural
Engineering. Minimum
02 years (04 terms) Maximum 03 years (six terms) M.Phil D.V.M,
B.Sc. (AH), B.V.Sc. (AH) and M.B.B.S or equivalent qualification
with overall marks not less than 50% shall be eligible for admission to M.Phil
in the subject of specialization for Faculty of Animal
Husbandry and Veterinary Sciences. Minimum
02 years (04 terms) Maximum 03 years (six terms) PhD MSc/M.E /M.Phil. or equivalent degree in the relevant
field of study with:
overall marks not less
than 60% , at least two first divisions from Matric to M.Sc/M.E/M.Phil
and research component in Master degree. Minimum
