To provide quick, easy and trouble free technical assistance to the faculty members and other administrative staff of University, a HELP DESK has been created at Information Technology Center. If you need technical assistance regarding computer networking, hardware and software, please call extension number 396 or email to helpdesk.sau@gmail.com.

Complaint will be registered and will be assigned a complaint number. Concerned technical personnel from HELP DESK will be immediately sent for the repair of the fault. A certificate of completion of repair of fault will be signed by complainant.

Initially, this service is available for Faculty of Agricultural Engineering, Central Library, Information Technology Center, Administration Block, and DASAR.
