ABOUT THE FACULTY
The Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Sciences (AHVS) is amongst the five faculties of Sindh
Agriculture University, Tandojam. This faculty is located to the East
end of the main campus of Sindh Agriculture University Tandojam on
Hyderabad – Mirpurkhas Highway, about 14 km to the South of
Hyderabad city. Established in 1971, the faculty offers a five-year
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree program and postgraduate
degree program including M.Sc., M.Phil and Ph.D. under semester system
through its 14 teaching departments in various disciplines related
to animal and veterinary sciences.
