The department has planned to conduct research on organically production of mango variety Sindhri, Swarnrica and Chaunsa to meet the export and WTO requirement.

To develop technologies for packaging and reduce losses during transportation.

To popularize mango verities with dwarfing characteristics.

To popularize high density planting concept for higher and quality production of mango.

To develop technology for production of certified stock and sapling for growers.

To produce quality vegetable.

Work in progress on the shelf life of fruits, vegetable & flowers.
