This
faculty is housed mainly in the old
building of defunct Agricultural College.
This faculty emerged as a result of
bifurcation of the faculty of Agriculture
in 1987. The restructuring was done
to streamline academic and research
activities and to effectively address
the activities for sustainable crop
productivity. The graduates from this
faculty are serving in various public
and private sectors. This faculty
has also provided graduate and postgraduate
education to the students from other
countries of Middle East and Africa.
