Director

Financial Assistance and University Advancement

(BPS-20)

The Director is responsible for all aspects of strategic planning, program development, management, monitoring and evaluation and accountability. The Director also serves as the direct supervisor of the Manager Student Financial Assistance, Manager of University Advancement and Manager Career Services. ·         The candidate should have 1st class Masters Degree in Business Administration (PhD preferred) or equivalent from HEC-accredited Institute/ University.

·         Specialized training in at least one of the following: Financial Aid & Development, M&E, Strategic Communication or IT/MIS.

 

·         At least 12 years in similar capacity.

·         With 7 years experience at senior management/ teaching position.

·         Preferably 5 years experience with financial assistance and University advancement programs at an accredited institute/ university or conceptual understanding of mechanism of financial assistance, University advancement and career services.

·         Demonstrated experience in academic administration, student services, community outreach and partnership with government and private sector.

·         Computer proficiency in MS Office is a prerequisite.

·         Age limit 50 years (on closing date of the applications)

Manager,

Student Financial Assistance

(BPS-19)

The Manager of the Office Student Financial Assistance (OSFA) is responsible for management and oversight of the operational and administrative functions that support the development and implementation of all financial assistance programs. The Manager reports to the Director, Financial Assistance and University Advancement. The detailed TORs can be downloaded from www.sau.edu.pk

 

·         The candidate should have 1st class MBA (Finance) degree or equivalent from HEC-accredited Institute/ University.

·         Specialized training in some aspects of financial assistance programs.

·         At least 7 years experience in similar capacity.

 

·         Conceptual understanding of financial assistance programs.

 

·         Computer proficiency in MS Office is a prerequisite.

 

·         Age limit 40 years (on closing date of the applications)

Manager,

University Advancement

(BPS-19)

The Manager of the Office University Advancement (OUA) is responsible for management and oversight of the operational administrative functions that support the development and implementation of all communications, advancement and fund raising programs. The Manager reports to the Director, Student Financial Assistance and University Advancement. The detailed TORs can be downloaded from www.sau.edu.pk

 

·         The candidate should have 1st class Masters Degree or equivalent from HEC-accredited Institute/ University.

·         Specialized training in at least one of the following: Strategic Communications, Fund Raising and Program Development for University development and advancement.

·         At least 7 years service experience in resource mobilization with a non-profit organization with an educational mission.

 

·         Experience with corporate International and private donors or other forms of direct or indirect support.

 

·         Computer proficiency in MS Office is a prerequisite.

 

·         Age limit 40 years (on closing date of the applications)

 

The above positions will be filled in on contractual basis initially for a period of one year and extendable but likely

to be brought on permanent University pay roll.

2.      The candidates must submit separate application for each post on the prescribed form alongwith attested photocopies of testimonials, two photographs and domicile certificate etc.

3.      Candidates who are already in Government service should apply through proper channel; otherwise their applications shall not be entertained.

4.      Age can be relaxed (up to 05 years) in case of real merit and experience.

5.      Application on plain paper and/or received after due date will not be considered.

6.      No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing at the interview/written test.
